Weekly classes at High Impact Dance operate within two seasons: September through June for our 10-month school-year season, and a special 6-week summer season to keep the rhythm going!
Classes begin at just 30 minutes for our littlest dancers and technical courses, and increase in duration based on age and dance style. We offer engaging combo classes perfect for preschool and elementary-aged students.
Each class is led by our passionate, skilled instructors who are dedicated to our dancers at every level. Whether you're taking your first steps or refining your technique, High Impact Dance is the place to be. Step up your dance game with HID Laboratory, a workshop series designed for advanced and intermediate dancers.
Each "Lab" is a two-hour intensive that hones in on a specific technical skill, paired with fresh combo choreography to push your limits. Performances

High Impact Dance offers an array of performance opportunities throughout the year, ensuring that our dancers have ample chances to showcase their talent and hard work.

Our calendar includes a highly anticipated winter recital, where dancers get the chance to perform in festive themed routines in small, casual shows scheduled throughout recital day.

As the season progresses, we gear up for the spectacular end-of-season recital in June, which serves as a momentous finale where dancers demonstrate their growth in an auditorium where they can all be stars!

Additionally, our summer showcase is an outdoor performance providing an exciting opportunity for our summer season students and campers to share their off-season accomplishments.
