Tuition

Costume-Inclusive Tuition

Managing your family's budget can be challenging, which is why we've made improvements to our tuition model. With this update, you can expect consistent monthly tuition throughout the entire year. Gone are the days of surprise recital costume fees in February and March. Instead, you'll have a predictable, budget-friendly experience.

Our ten-month, all-inclusive tuition package covers the following:

  1. One costume per class for the June recital. If your dancer is not available to perform, they will still receive a costume.

  2. One or two pairs of tights, as needed for your costume (with a limit of one per color needed).

  3. The services of a costumer who will handle measurements, sizing, and costume ordering on your child's behalf.

  4. The opportunity for your child to be a part of our in-studio picture day, giving them the chance to connect with dance friends, whether they are performing or non-performing dancers.

  5. Access to digital downloads of the recital performance video and professional action photos (previously recital media fee).

In order to receive your costume, you must commit to the full ten-month season. Any dancer needing to withdraw for any reason before the season ends may elect to forfeit the costume. If the withdrawal happens after costumes have been ordered (with the Manufacturer) the remaining balance of the costume will be due upon withdrawal in one lump sum. Every effort will be made to cancel the order; however, this isn’t always possible. If we are able to cancel the order then the previous payments will be forfeited, however, the remaining balance will not be due.

If you are enrolling in a class mid-season, you will need to make up all previous unpaid costume allocation. This is can be done in 1 lump sum at the time of registration. ($10 per month per dancer) or we can divide the total amount out over the remaining months of the school year. If needed, other payment plans can be arranged on an individual basis.

Single Class Rates

General Policies

Attendance

As a courtesy to the studio and dancers on our waiting list, we ask that if your dancer decides to stop dancing with us, you submit a written withdrawal form ASAP so we can offer that spot to another student. A 14-day notification is required or you will be charged for the next month's tuition. No refunds will be given for the current month's tuition.

If you need to miss a class for any reason please notify the front desk at admin@highimpactdance.net or (360)455-4173. A dancer will automatically be withdrawn from dance class if the dancer is absent for 2 weeks in a row and there is no contact with the front desk from a parent or guardian. No refunds will be given for the remaining tuition.

There are no refunds or adjustments for absences due to illness, vacations, or holidays. Make up classes may be available. Check with the front desk for make up options!

Health

Please be vigilant about not sending your child to class when they are sick (any type) or you have a possible COVID exposure or sick family members.

Waiting Room

At High Impact Dance, we prioritize safety and smooth transitions. We kindly request families to send only one grown-up into the studio with new or young students and others to use drop-off and pick-up at the door. This way, our staff can ensure the safety of all our dancers and maintain a calm waiting area. Feel free to peek into classes or chat with our friendly front desk staff, but please avoid bringing extra siblings and taking pictures or video through the classroom windows. Together, let's create a positive and secure dance experience for everyone! 🩰💕
